What kind of parking do you have?
We have two handicap parking spaces in front of the barn.
The rest of our parking is located near the south west farm field.
All of our parking is gravel or grass so please plan shoes accordingly.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Absolutely - overnight parking is welcomed. Our venue is also serviced by Uber.
Please be sure to remove cars by 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
NO carry in alcohol is allowed.
Please enjoy beverages provided by LaRocque Farms.
If any guests are seen with their own alcohol on the property they will be asked to stop immediately.
What shoes should I wear?
Our driveway and parking lot is made of gravel.
Our barn is from the 1800s with original wood.
Most ceremonies are located outside and require a 5 minute walk in the grass.
Please wear appropriate shoes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT WERE TO RAIN?
If inclement weather arises, ceremonies are typically moved to the barn or sailcloth tent. In the case of a light rain, couples may choose to proceed outdoors with umbrellas provided for guests.
What time do weddings end?
Music ends at 11:00 PM. Bar closes at 10:30 PM.
All wedding guests and party must leave by 11:30 PM.
What is your capacity?
Our venue can accommodate 200 guests.
What are your catering requirements?
You may select any licensed caterer.
We would be more than happy to send you a small list of vendors we love working with.
Bar service will be provided exclusively by LaRocque Farms.
Are Tables + chairs provided?
We include 72” round tables and 200 white padded garden chairs.
We also include 2 high top barrels for cocktail hour.
We will provide set up and take down.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
Please reach out to us if you would like to reserve an upcoming date.
After we confirm availability, 50% of the rental price secures your date.
The final payment is due 60 days before your event.
Do wE NEED TO RENT A GENERATOR?
We have all of the required amps and outlets for your music and caterers.
HOW MANY RESTROOMS DO YOU HAVE?
We have 4 restrooms in our barn, 2 of which are ADA.
Tell me more about the WHITE tENT.
Our gorgeous tent is included in the rental fee.
It is a massive (77' x 63') white sail cloth tent that can host 200 guests for a seated reception.
String lights, up-lights, power, tent flooring, siding, setup and take down is all included.
If it rains, we add clear walls on all the sides of the tent for you.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is permitted only in the designated gravel driveway areas. To help preserve the beauty of the farm, please use the provided receptacle to dispose of all cigarette butts.
DO YOU PROVIDED SIGNS FOR PARKING AND LOCATION of event?
Yes we will have signs to direct guests to our parking lot.
We will also have signs to direct guests to the selected ceremony location.
